How capacity works

No silent failures.

At 75%: A quiet notice in Usage & Billing, so there is time to plan.
At 90%: A clear warning naming the capacity that is running low.
At 100%: Nexefiy says exactly what is limited — for example, no new intelligence operations this month — and how to continue. Nothing fails silently.
Nothing is deleted: Reaching a limit, or moving to a smaller plan, never deletes data. Work already running finishes; limits apply to new work.
